Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately at tthinkandlearn@gmail.com so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

To be eligible for a return in such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
